Purchase terms
A spot is a defined position on a shared wall. Individuals can purchase for themselves without a company number when sales open.
1. Who you buy from
The designated seller is Bouras African Investment Group Ltd. See seller information. The preview does not accept purchases. A saved draft is not a contract, exclusive reservation or confirmation of payment.
2. What a spot includes
The proposed price is $100 USD per cell on a fixed 100 × 100 wall. Multiple cells create a larger placement. The exact quantity, coordinates, geometry, total price and any applicable charges must be shown before you commit to pay. You buy display space and the permitted use of the service; you do not buy ownership of the website, equity, an investment, a donation receipt or a financial return.
3. Who may buy
Both individuals and organisations may purchase. Buyers must have the legal capacity to enter the contract; a person acting for an organisation must have authority to do so. A company number is not required for an individual purchase. Business or tax details are requested only where relevant to that purchase.
4. Payment and exact cells
Only an explicit server-confirmed reservation can temporarily hold cells. A draft or browser selection cannot do so. Payment must match the order’s amount, currency and reference. A return screen, bank receipt or customer statement is not proof of received payment. We will not silently substitute different cells if the selected position is unavailable. Duplicate, late, short or excess payments require reconciliation and an appropriate resolution.
5. Artwork and destination links
Paid customers may submit artwork and a preferred HTTPS destination page when that service opens. After payment confirmation and automatic technical checks, artwork, public text and the link may be published without prior human approval when public delivery is enabled. Content-policy checks follow publication; if content conflicts with our rules, we may notify the customer and request replacement. Publication is subject to technical checks and the content rules. An unsuccessful replacement does not overwrite the previous published revision. A payment does not give permission to post illegal or infringing material.
6. Display, availability and duration
Coordinates and proportional area remain fixed across devices. An overview is a map; visitors may need to zoom to read small artwork. Animation may use a static poster, stop when off-screen, or be disabled for motion preferences and performance. We do not guarantee traffic, impressions, enquiries, sales or continuous availability.
The intended display period is the lifetime of this project, not an unconditional promise to operate forever. The final service-duration and permanent-closure arrangements must be stated before a paid contract can be offered. Security maintenance and temporary interruptions may occur.
7. Cancellation, refunds and problems
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds or refunds for disappointing traffic or commercial results. See cancellations and refunds for the policy and its limits. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available. We will not treat a payment as non-refundable merely because it was made by bank transfer. Privacy choices, reporting concerns and exercising legal rights do not require marketing consent.
8. Responsibility and disputes
You are responsible for your submitted material and rights to use it. We remain responsible for our obligations as the seller under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or restricts remedies where that would be unlawful, or removes mandatory consumer protections or access to competent courts.
9. Changes and records
Material purchase terms must be available before payment, with the accepted version recorded and supplied with the confirmation. Updating a policy does not itself authorise retroactive changes to an existing paid contract. The final contract-acceptance and confirmation process is not active during the preview.
