Content & artwork rules

Permissions

By submitting material for publication when that feature opens, you must have the rights and permissions needed for images, logos, names, trademarks, photographs and identifiable people. You grant the seller a non-exclusive licence limited to hosting, checking, resizing, creating safe static/animation derivatives and displaying your published material in your placement. This does not transfer ownership or grant an unrestricted licence to use your brand for unrelated advertising.

Not permitted

These rules apply to artwork, public text and linked destination pages, including redirect destinations. They apply consistently regardless of political viewpoint or religion; a person’s identity or name alone is not prohibited content.

Links and files

Use a public HTTPS destination page you are authorised to promote. Artwork, text and the destination form one revision. A confirmed purchaser may add an optional destination link and submit changes from their placement account. A changed link is submitted as a new revision and goes through technical checks before automatic publication when public delivery is enabled. Content-policy review takes place after publication. If a published destination later changes or redirects to prohibited material, its link may be restricted while reviewed. Report changed or prohibited destinations through the reporting route below. Executable HTML, scripts, tracking tags and customer-uploaded SVG are not accepted. Published links do not imply endorsement or guaranteed traffic.

Moderation and replacements

When public delivery is enabled, content is published after automatic technical checks without prior human moderation. Content-policy checks follow publication. If content does not follow the rules, we may notify you through your account and email to request a replacement. A replacement request alone does not remove the current artwork or change paid cells.

Content can be rejected or restricted for safety, legal or policy reasons, with an explanation where appropriate. A rejected replacement should leave the previous published revision intact. A credible urgent concern may require temporary restriction while reviewed. We do not automatically release paid cells merely because their artwork is under review.

Reporting and appeals

A report should identify the placement, material or URL, explain the issue and include relevant supporting information. Appeals should identify the decision and the reason you believe it is mistaken. Reports are reviewed rather than automatically accepted as proof. See reporting availability. Private file submission is restricted to confirmed purchasers. Public delivery remains closed during launch acceptance. See the artwork upload guide.
