YOUR ARTWORK, CLEARLY DISPLAYED
Artwork & spot guide.
Prepare one visual for your exact placement. One spot is small in the full-wall view; its larger placement page and directory card help visitors see the published artwork. No file can make a small spot occupy more cells.
Make your artwork look its best.
PNG, JPG, static WebP or GIF · up to 5 MiB · maximum 2,048 × 2,048 px. One file per revision.
Use a sharp logo or simple visual with strong contrast. Keep small text out of tiny spots. Recommended: 1,024 px on the longest edge for still images; around 512 px for GIFs. Smaller files load faster; these are recommendations, not a minimum-size rule.
Quality, animation and submission checklist
- Export in sRGB for predictable colour. Pixel dimensions matter; a 300-DPI setting will not make a web image sharper. Avoid blurry enlargements and repeated JPEG compression.
- Match your placement shape. Images fit without stretching; a different ratio can leave empty space. Transparent areas reveal the wall background. For consistent contrast, include your own background and keep essential content away from the edges. Non-rectangular selections display only inside the paid cells.
- GIF: at most 150 frames, 10 seconds per cycle and 60,000,000 canvas pixels across all frames (width × height × frames). Use at least 20 ms per frame. All limits apply together; reduce dimensions, duration or frame count if necessary. No rapid flashing or strobing. Make the first frame a complete, readable still image.
- Animation is not guaranteed to play everywhere. Overview, reduced-motion and inactive views use a static poster; no audio or autoplay promise.
- No SVG, HTML, scripts, PDF, ZIP, video, AVIF or HEIC. Export a supported raster file; changing a filename extension does not convert a file.
- Use a clear public display name and plain text. Public text is limited to 1,000 characters and the display name to 100. No tracking code or embedded script.
- An optional link must be a complete public HTTPS address (up to 2,048 characters), without login credentials. Check spelling, mobile loading and redirects. The same content rules apply to the final destination.
- Use artwork, brands and photographs you have permission to publish. No pornography, gambling, political or religious content, racism, illegal material, impersonation, infringement, malware, scams or private personal information.
- Upload from your paid placement account. One revision can await technical processing per placement. Your current artwork stays live until the replacement passes technical checks and publishes.
Files first enter private storage. Initial checks do not replace technical processing. When public delivery is enabled, your content publishes after those checks without prior human moderation. Content-policy checks take place after publication, and you may be notified to replace non-compliant content. Public delivery remains closed during launch acceptance. Do not upload passwords, IDs or confidential information. Keep your original file; this service is not an archive of your source artwork.
Choose the right canvas.
For one square spot, a 1,024 × 1,024 px PNG is a useful starting point. For a 5 × 2 placement, use 1,280 × 512 px. For a square GIF, 512 × 512 px leaves more room in the animation budget. These are export examples, not additional paid space or required exact sizes.
Keep the artwork proportional. The wall fits it within the exact paid shape; unused cells are not part of your placement. Check the overview and zoomed-in view before submitting. QR codes, phone numbers and tiny text may be unreadable at overview scale. Use the destination link for detailed information.
Know your coordinates.
The wall has 100 rows and 100 columns. Row 1, column 1 is spot #00001 at the top left; row 100, column 100 is spot #10000 at the bottom right. Rows increase downwards, columns increase to the right. Each spot keeps its ID and location across desktop, laptop, tablet and phone views. This is a wall position, not a geographic coordinate.

Fixed 100 × 100 wall · rows run down, columns run right · numbered from 1.
Exact coordinates · 10 spots
rows 36–37, columns 36–40 · 5 × 2
Exact spot IDs by row:
- Row 36: #03536–#03540 · 5 spots
- Row 37: #03636–#03640 · 5 spots
Only these cells belong to the selection. Positions stay the same on every screen. A draft or location reference does not establish ownership.
This is an illustrative 10-spot selection, not a reservation or sale. Your own checkout and account show your exact coordinates. Irregular quantities list each separate area and the exact IDs in each row.
What happens after submission?
- Choose an active placement with confirmed payment, save the public name/text/link, then select one supported file.
- Initial format, size and ownership checks run. Errors explain what needs changing. A successful upload means the file is stored privately; it has not yet completed technical processing or been published.
- Automatic technical processing must finish before publication; prior human moderation is not required. Managed processing uses Cloudinary temporary authenticated assets. Content-policy checks take place after publication. Processing is bounded and may pause for provider allowance, cleanup or operational checks. The account shows the real status, without a guaranteed instant processing time.
- The exact visual, text and destination are reviewed together. Changes require a new revision; a rejected replacement preserves the previous published artwork.
Troubleshooting.
Too large? Resize the image and compress it; for GIFs reduce resolution, frames or duration. Wrong format? Export as PNG/JPG/static WebP/GIF. Upload interrupted? Refresh revision history before retrying; if stored, do not submit a duplicate. A file that failed validation can be reselected on the saved draft. Upload pending? Wait for the existing revision or contact support; paid cells are not released merely because artwork is awaiting checks.
Upload authorizations expire after five minutes; a transfer has a 30-second time budget. Up to 20 upload authorizations per account per 24 hours and private-storage capacity limits apply. The processing worker has a shared cap of 25 job attempts per UTC day. Reaching a limit leaves files private in the queue; it does not release your paid cells or guarantee a processing time.
