Cookies & device storage
We use essential sign-in storage and a small privacy-preference cookie. Saving a selection or local poster across visits is optional.
Your choice
Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to choose Essential only or Save selected choices. The choices have equal prominence. Browsing, wall selection and a preview in the current tab work without optional persistence. Audience measurement has a separate unchecked option. It stays off unless selected, and Essential only rejects it. No advertising trackers are used.
Application storage inventory
| Item | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| __Host-experiment-session | Essential account session; HTTP-only, Secure, SameSite=Lax. | Up to 7 days; cleared on sign-out. |
| experiment-privacy | Records this application’s allow/essential storage choice and preference version. It is not an advertising identifier. | Up to 180 days. |
| experiment-analytics | Remembers audience-measurement consent. | Up to 180 days. |
| experiment-analytics-session in session storage | Random tab identifier used only with audience-measurement consent; server stores a daily salted hash. | This tab session; removed on consent rejection. Server events are retained for 30 days. |
| experiment-draft and experiment-draft:* in local storage | Optional selection recovery and draft retry protection. | Until cleared, permission is withdrawn, or expired preferences are cleared on return. |
| experiment-local-draft in IndexedDB | Optional static poster recovery, stored on your device. | Not restored after 24 hours; removed on next access or when optional storage is cleared. |
Changing your choice
Essential only stops future optional reads/writes and clears this application’s saved selection, retry keys and local poster database. Your current in-memory selection can remain in the open tab. Browser restrictions or another open tab may delay physical deletion until its connection closes. This setting does not delete an account or submitted server records.
Provider storage and links
This inventory describes the application’s implemented storage. Hosting-layer and security storage still need a separate live inventory. Customer destination links open third-party websites with their own policies. Artwork cannot supply its own executable HTML, scripts, advertising pixels or tracking tags inside this wall.
